Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
How to ask
Send us a message saying “Delete my data” from the account you used with us:
- On Instagram: message @valerie.perfumes.
- On WhatsApp, from the number you ordered with.
- If you have a website account, include the email address you signed up with.
What we delete
- Your website account, name and email address.
- Your Instagram conversation history with VALERIE and the identifier Instagram gave your account.
- Order details you shared by message, except where the law requires us to keep a record of a sale.
We will confirm by message once your data is deleted, within 30 days of your request. Messages also remain in your own Instagram or WhatsApp app, which you can delete there.
